These Terms govern your use of StarConnect. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.

1. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for activity carried out under your account and password.
• Accounts found engaging in fraud, harassment or abuse may be suspended without refund.

2. Bookings

• A booking request is an enquiry, not a confirmed engagement. It becomes binding only after we approve it and communicate the agreed price.
• Celebrity availability, dates and pricing may change until a booking is approved.
• Approved bookings must be paid before the event date unless agreed otherwise.

3. Payments & Verification

• All payments are processed manually. A purchase becomes active only after your receipt is verified by our team.
• Submitting a false or edited receipt is fraud and may lead to account termination.
• Currency is USD unless stated otherwise.

4. Fan Cards, VIP Memberships & Event Tickets

• These items are personal and non-transferable; each carries a unique number and QR code for verification.
• Benefits are as listed on each card, plan or event page at the time of purchase.
• Forging, reselling or misusing verification codes is prohibited.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Pending (unverified) orders may be cancelled by contacting support.
• Verified payments for delivered services, activated fan cards, memberships and used tickets are non-refundable.
• If an event is cancelled by the organizer, ticket holders receive a full refund.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the platform for unlawful purposes or to harass celebrities, staff or other users.
• Do not scrape, reverse-engineer or disrupt the service.
• Reviews must reflect genuine experiences; fake reviews will be removed.

7. KYC Verification

We may require identity verification (KYC) before activating purchases. Submitted documents are used solely for verification.

8. Limitation of Liability

The platform facilitates bookings and fan products. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
