Browse celebrities from the Celebrities page, open a profile, and click "Book Now". Fill in your event details and submit. Our team reviews each request, and you'll be notified once it's approved with the agreed price.
After your order or booking is placed, you'll get a payment page with instructions for your chosen payment method (cryptocurrency, PayPal, Cash App, or bank transfer). Upload your payment receipt and our team verifies it before your purchase is activated.
Most receipts are verified within 24 hours. You'll receive an in-app notification as soon as your payment is approved, rejected, or if we need you to resubmit.
A Fan Card is an official supporter card for a celebrity. It comes with a unique card number, a QR verification code, and exclusive perks listed on the card. Cards are valid for the period stated at purchase.
Each VIP plan lists its benefits, such as early access, exclusive content, priority bookings, and event invitations. Pick a celebrity, compare tiers on their profile, and subscribe to the one that fits you.
Open the Events page, choose an event, and pick Regular, VIP, or VVIP. After payment verification your ticket becomes valid and can be scanned at the venue using its QR code.
Use the public Verification Portal (Verify link in the menu). Enter the card number, membership number, or ticket number to instantly check whether it is genuine and active.
Know Your Customer (KYC) confirms your identity so you can transact with confidence. Submit a government ID (front and back) plus a selfie from the KYC page in your dashboard. Our team reviews submissions promptly.
Pending orders can be cancelled by contacting support before your payment is verified. Approved payments for completed services are generally non-refundable — see our Terms of Service.
After a booking is completed, open it from your dashboard bookings list and rate your experience. Reviews are moderated before appearing on the celebrity profile.
